• Performance tracking and analytics
• National exam preparation materials
• Subject-specific content aligned with Ethiopian curriculum

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information as needed
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
• Share exam questions or answers outside the platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or servers
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code

5. Content and Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, exam questions, and software, is the property of Ethio Exam Educational Services or its content suppliers and is protected by Ethiopian and international copyright laws.

6. Payment Terms

Some features of the Platform may require payment. By purchasing a subscription or individual resource, you agree to:

• Pay all fees and applicable taxes
• Provide accurate billing information
• Understand that fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• Accept automatic renewal of subscriptions unless cancelled

7. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts for violations of these terms, including but not limited to:

• Sharing login credentials
• Attempting to cheat or manipulate exam results
• Harassing other users or staff
• Using the Platform for commercial purposes without authorization

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The Platform will meet your specific requirements
• The Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Results from using the Platform will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors will be corrected

9. Limitation of Liability

Ethio Exam Educational Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
