End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement governs your use of the Ethio Exam System software and services.

1. License Grant

Ethio Exam Educational Services grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use the Platform for personal, educational purposes, subject to these terms.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the software or content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Rent, lease, or sublicense the software
• Remove any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the software for commercial purposes without authorization
• Transfer the software to another party

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The Platform, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Ethio Exam Educational Services and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

4. Updates and Upgrades

We may provide updates or upgrades to the software at our discretion. Such updates will be subject to these terms unless accompanied by a separate license agreement.

5. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your license terminates automatically if you violate any provision of this agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software and delete all copies.
